Cet article est donc destin\u00e9 aux employeurs : <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/employeur-et-allaitement\/\">employeur et allaitement<\/a><\/span>, quelles sont <strong>vos obligations<\/strong>\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les salari\u00e9es ont souvent l&rsquo;impression que leur employeur ne fait rien pour les aider. Mais il faut bien se souvenir que beaucoup d&#8217;employeurs ne savent tout simplement pas ce qui leur incombe dans cette situation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/code-du-travail-et-allaitement\/\">code du travail<\/a><\/span> donne les obligations suivantes :<br \/>\nChaque salari\u00e9e allaitant son enfant dispose pour ce faire d\u2019<strong>une heure par jour<\/strong>\u00a0sur son temps de travail jusqu\u2019au premier<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>anniversaire du b\u00e9b\u00e9. Cette heure est divis\u00e9e en deux p\u00e9riodes de trente minutes r\u00e9duites \u00e0 vingt minutes si le local d\u2019allaitement est \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des locaux destin\u00e9s au travail.<br \/>\nCette heure n\u2019est\u00a0<strong>pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong>, sauf si la convention collective le sp\u00e9cifie.<br \/>\nUne salari\u00e9e peut\u00a0<strong>allaiter son enfant dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>\u00a0!<br \/>\nChaque entreprise de plus de cent salari\u00e9es doit pr\u00e9voir\u00a0<strong>des locaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019allaitement au sein de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, dans des conditions d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises.<br \/>\nLe co\u00fbt de l\u2019installation et de l\u2019entretien de ces locaux est enti\u00e8rement\u00a0<strong>\u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous constatez donc que le code du travail <strong>ne pr\u00e9voit pas<\/strong> de nombreuses situations. Si vous avez des salari\u00e9es en temps partiel, rien n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu pour les pauses allaitement. Vous n&rsquo;avez donc aucune obligation.<br \/>\nSi vous employez moins de 100 salari\u00e9es femmes, vous n&rsquo;avez pas d&rsquo;obligation d&rsquo;installer une salle d&rsquo;allaitement. Mais o\u00f9 votre salari\u00e9e pourra-t-elle s&rsquo;installer pour tirer son lait ?<br \/>\nSi vos salari\u00e9es ont des horaires atypiques, les horaires des pauses ne sont pas pr\u00e9vus.<br \/>\nSi vous employez du personnel int\u00e9rimaire, rien n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu non plus.<br \/>\nEt ainsi de suite&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&rsquo;est donc <strong>\u00e0 vous<\/strong> de r\u00e9pondre aux demandes de vos salari\u00e9es qui ne sont pas pr\u00e9vues par le code du travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans la plupart des cas, il est assez simple de s&rsquo;organiser avec votre salari\u00e9e pour lui permettre de tirer son lait sur son temps de travail sans que cela ne retentisse sur la qualit\u00e9 de son travail.
