Cela leur permet de reprendre le travail l&rsquo;esprit tranquille, de poursuivre ce lien avec leur enfant et de mieux conjuguer vie familiale et vie professionnelle. <strong>Adh\u00e9rer<\/strong> \u00e0 la Charte de la parentalit\u00e9 \u00e9tait donc une \u00e9vidence, la continuit\u00e9 de mon action au quotidien. Je ne pouvais pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cette signature. C&rsquo;est pour moi une <strong>reconnaissance<\/strong> de ce que mon activit\u00e9 peut apporter aux salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que <strong>penser<\/strong> en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de cette charte ? 120 entreprises sont signataires, c&rsquo;est donc qu&rsquo;elles se sentent <strong>concern\u00e9es <\/strong>par le statut parental de leurs salari\u00e9s. En soi, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une tr\u00e8s bonne chose. De plus cela incite \u00e0 <strong>parler <\/strong>du probl\u00e8me de la conciliation vie familiale et vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais cette charte a tout de m\u00eame ses <strong>limites <\/strong>: l&rsquo;engagement est quand m\u00eame assez <strong>vague<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Faire \u00e9voluer les repr\u00e9sentations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;entreprise, cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable aux salari\u00e9s-parents, en particulier pour la femme enceinte, respecter le principe de non-discrimination dans l&rsquo;\u00e9volution professionnelle des salari\u00e9s-parents\u00a0\u00bb. Il n&rsquo;y a <strong>aucun contr\u00f4le<\/strong> de pr\u00e9vu : les signataires font-ils les efforts auxquels ils se sont engag\u00e9s ? Il n&rsquo;y a <strong>pas m\u00eame de rapport annuel<\/strong> \u00e0 fournir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;initiative est donc tr\u00e8s <strong>int\u00e9ressante<\/strong>, il faut maintenant surveiller qu&rsquo;elle se traduise en <strong>actes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et pour<strong> vous<\/strong>, comment se passe la conciliation vie familiale
