{"id":2184,"date":"2011-06-03T20:48:46","date_gmt":"2011-06-03T18:48:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=2184"},"modified":"2014-03-15T16:51:54","modified_gmt":"2014-03-15T14:51:54","slug":"trop-de-lait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/trop-de-lait\/","title":{"rendered":"Lactation trop abondante \u00e0 la reprise du travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/trop-de-lait.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4495\" alt=\"Trop de lait\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/trop-de-lait.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/trop-de-lait.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/trop-de-lait-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/a>Je vous parlais il y a quelques temps de faire <strong>augmenter <\/strong>sa lactation avec le <a title=\"Augmenter sa lactation avec le f\u00e9nugrec.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=2109\" target=\"_blank\">f\u00e9nugrec<\/a>, voici aujourd&rsquo;hui des informations pour les femmes qui ont le probl\u00e8me inverse : avoir <strong>trop de lait<\/strong> peut \u00eatre un handicap !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avoir trop de lait, cela signifie que vous \u00eates fortement <strong>engorg\u00e9e<\/strong> si votre enfant attend une demi-heure de plus que d&rsquo;habitude pour t\u00e9ter, que si votre enfant se met \u00e0 faire ses <strong>nuits<\/strong>, ce ne sera pas votre cas car il faudra <strong>soulager <\/strong>les seins qui n&rsquo;attendront pas le matin, &#8230; et que la <strong>reprise du travail<\/strong> est plus qu&rsquo;angoissante : comment faire sans b\u00e9b\u00e9 pour t\u00e9ter ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L&rsquo;incompr\u00e9hension <\/strong>de l&rsquo;entourage est \u00e9galement difficile \u00e0 vivre. Avoir <strong>beaucoup de lait<\/strong> est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une <strong>chance <\/strong>par la plupart des gens. Personne ne soup\u00e7onne la <strong>difficult\u00e9 <\/strong>que cela repr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venons-en donc aux <strong>conseils pratiques <\/strong>: comment g\u00e9rer cette hyperlactation au moment de la reprise du travail ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si <strong>l&rsquo;hyperlactation <\/strong>est tr\u00e8s importante, c&rsquo;est un des rares cas, o\u00f9 je conseille de <strong>pr\u00e9parer ses seins <\/strong>\u00e0 la reprise du travail. Si vous avez des <strong>horaires <\/strong>r\u00e9guliers, vous pouvez commencer <strong>un mois<\/strong> avant la reprise \u00e0 <strong>diminuer <\/strong>le nombre de t\u00e9t\u00e9es sur vos futurs horaires de travail pour ne garder que les <strong>t\u00e9t\u00e9es <\/strong>que vous pourrez remplacer par un tirage de lait.<br \/>\nAttention de ne pas abuser du <a title=\"Le point sur les tire-lait\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=56\" target=\"_blank\">tire-lait<\/a> qui a tendance \u00e0 <strong>augmenter<\/strong> fortement la lactation d\u00e9j\u00e0 abondante. Je sugg\u00e8re donc de ne pas faire du <a title=\"Faire du stock de lait.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=1321\" target=\"_blank\">stock de lait<\/a> maternel avant la reprise du travail car cette sur-stimulation risque d&rsquo;augmenter les risques d&rsquo;<a title=\"L'engorgement\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=1467\" target=\"_blank\">engorgement<\/a>.<br \/>\nQuand vous serez au travail, ne tirez que le <strong>n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> pour votre enfant, sans essayer de <strong>vider <\/strong>les seins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la reprise du travail, vous pouvez envisager de prendre des <strong>plantes <\/strong>qui font diminuer la lactation. Les deux plantes les plus efficaces sont la <strong>sauge <\/strong>et le <strong>persil <\/strong>mais certaines femmes utilisent \u00e9galement la <strong>menthe<\/strong>.<br \/>\nPour \u00eatre efficace, ces plantes doivent \u00eatre prises en quantit\u00e9 suffisante. Aucune <strong>\u00e9tude <\/strong>n&rsquo;a montr\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de ces plantes. Je m&rsquo;appuie donc ici sur mon exp\u00e9rience avec les femmes que j&rsquo;accompagne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>sauge <\/strong>peut \u00eatre prise sous forme <strong>d&rsquo;infusion<\/strong>. Il faut r\u00e9aliser une infusion forte avec de la <strong>sauge officinale<\/strong> que l&rsquo;on peut se procurer en herboristerie ou en pharmacie. On peut commencer en prenant <strong>trois grandes tasses <\/strong>(ou mugs) par jour de cette infusion. On peut ensuite <strong>adapter <\/strong>la quantit\u00e9 en fonction des effets. Une fois que l&rsquo;on a trouv\u00e9 la quantit\u00e9 <strong>efficace<\/strong> dans son cas, on peut essayer de remplacer les infusions par des <strong>g\u00e9lules <\/strong>si on n&rsquo;aime pas le go\u00fbt de l&rsquo;infusion. Il faut alors chercher le bon <strong>dosage <\/strong>avec les g\u00e9lules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <strong>persil <\/strong>est efficace si on le prend en<strong> grande quantit\u00e9<\/strong> : au moins un bouquet par jour. On peut le prendre dans la <strong>cuisine <\/strong>(le taboul\u00e9  libanais par exemple) ou en <strong>jus<\/strong>. On peut tout \u00e0 fait prendre les deux plantes en m\u00eame temps si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de la reprise du travail, je vous sugg\u00e8re de pr\u00e9voir des <a title=\"Comment choisir ses coussinets d'allaitement\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=548\" target=\"_blank\">coussinets d&rsquo;allaitement<\/a> en nombre suffisants pour pouvoir en changer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au cours de la journ\u00e9e. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des <a title=\"Reprise du travail en allaitement mixte\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=398\" target=\"_blank\">LilyPadz<\/a>. Pr\u00e9voir une <strong>tenue de rechange<\/strong> peut \u00eatre utile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vous ne pouvez pas <strong>tirer <\/strong>votre lait sur votre lieu de travail pour votre enfant, pr\u00e9voyez quand m\u00eame un <a title=\"Le point sur les tire-lait\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lactissima.com\/a-tire-d-ailes\/?p=56\" target=\"_blank\">tire-lait manuel<\/a> pour soulager vos seins au cours de la journ\u00e9e dans les toilettes si vous n&rsquo;avez pas d&rsquo;autre solution. Dans ce cas, vous ne tirez que le lait <strong>n\u00e9cessaire <\/strong>pour \u00eatre confortable. Si vous tirez trop de lait, vous allez <strong>stimuler la lactation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, c&rsquo;est un des rares cas dans lequel je <strong>ne conseille pas <\/strong>d&rsquo;allaiter \u00e0 la demande les jours o\u00f9 vous ne travaillez pas. Conservez plut\u00f4t le <strong>m\u00eame rythme de t\u00e9t\u00e9es<\/strong>, cela permet de ne pas trop stimuler la lactation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et <strong>vous<\/strong>, comment avez-vous <strong>g\u00e9r\u00e9 <\/strong>votre hyperlactation \u00e0 la <strong>reprise du travail<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une lactation trop abondante peut rendre la reprise du travail plus difficile.
